Entertainment – REFINED UNDIGINFIED
Refined Undignified is a dance group with a unique ministry to youth and young adults. Through their skilled performances and fresh engagement they seek to equip students to become Godly leaders wherever they are, to excel in their individual talents and in their personal lifestyle for the glory of God, and to engage a hurting world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The group was formed from the creative vision of two students at Briercrest Bible College in Carenport, SK. in 2003.They are now approaching their second decade of ministry to youth!
Live Music and Worship – Informants
Informants narrows their agenda down into two categories: worhsip & mission. Drawing from a close knit group of friends with musical influences from multiple genres, Informants believes that art express through lyric, song and story can give rise to a divine atmosphere where people can seek the very presence of God. Worship is the start, Mission always follows. Originating out of St. John’s, NL, they are pioneering a movement of acceptance, art, worship, and mission in their local communities and churches.
Main Session Speaker – Cody Matchett
Cody MAtchett is a pastor, scholar, and writer from Calgary, Alberta. He is the co-author of Revelation for the Rest of Us: A Prophetic Call to Follow Jesus As A Dissident Disciple with Zondervan Reflective, the co-host of Kingdom Roots Podcast, and a PhD student at Ridley College exploring character in the Graeco-Roman World. Cody is passionate about Bible literacy and engagement, Psychology and philosophy, and all things coffee. He lives in the Beltline of Calgary with his wife Brianna, a counselling-therapist (Garden Counselling Services), his daughter Alethia Theodora, and his son Atticus Ignatius.
